Austin Rowe is a seasoned Audio Engineer, professional Lighting Designer/Programmer/Technician, and established Video Director/Engineer. He finds immense joy in sharing his knowledge with others. Currently, Austin serves as the Production Director at Northwest Christian Church, overseeing all production and guiding creative elements while nurturing his team. Prior to this role, he dedicated seven years to staff at Rolling Hills Community Church. Throughout his career, Austin has engaged in freelance work through his company, ARowe Productions. He holds a degree from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. Austin has been nominated by Church Production Magazine, where he was named “Hero of the Month.” In this article, he emphasizes the importance of striving for excellence while prioritizing the well-being and care of his team. Proficient in various systems, Austin’s current preferred console is the Chamsys MQ500+ Stadium Series Console. His favorite lighting fixture is the GLP JDC-1.

I'm Jeff Beachy, a volunteer in the Worship Arts Ministry at Rolling Hills Community Church in Tualatin, Oregon. Since 2005 I have been the lighting designer and programmer for worship services and drama productions and I operate lighting on most weekends in addition to serving as the house lighting tech for outside events. I have also served as a service director, video director and camera operator, set designer, and, very occasionally, audio engineer, including about 10 years as a part time staff member at RHCC. My tool of choice is the ETC EOS family of lighting consoles; we currently use the Geo @5. My day job is chief technologist at a small enterprise software company in the media industry. I earned a master's degree in electrical engineering in 1985 and have programmed some pretty dreadful Python for work and fun.
